Are your products natural and clean?
Yes. We use a thoughtful blend of high-quality natural ingredients and safe synthetics, chosen for their performance, longevity, and safety.
How do I care for my reed diffuser?
Keep the diffuser away from dust to prevent the reeds from clogging. Flip the reeds every few days, or more often for a stronger scent.
Is Heart & Note cruelty-free?
Yes — we do not test on animals.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don’t offer full gift wrapping yet, but we’re happy to add a bow and a note so your order arrives gift-ready.
Are your fragrances vegan?
Yes — all our formulations are vegan and free from animal-derived ingredients.
Do you sell refills?
Refills are launching soon — we’re working on a sustainable way to restock your favourite scents.
What should I do if my diffuser arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll be happy to assist you with a suitable solution.
How long do your diffusers last?
Longevity varies depending on room size, airflow, temperature, the number of reeds used, and how often the reeds are flipped.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India.
How do I control the strength of the diffuser?
Each diffuser comes with the recommended number of reed sticks:
- Discovery Kit (50 ml): 6 reeds per bottle
- 80 ml: 8 reeds
- 150 ml: 10 reeds
For smaller or enclosed spaces, we recommend starting with fewer reed sticks and gradually adding more. In larger or open-plan spaces, using additional reed sticks will help the fragrance diffuse more fully.
