As fragrance is deeply personal, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference. To help you discover what you love, we recommend starting with our Discovery Kit before purchasing a full-sized diffuser.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll be happy to assist with a suitable solution.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible. Approved refunds & will be processed to the original method of payment.
