As fragrance is deeply personal, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges based on scent preference. To help you discover what you love, we recommend starting with our Discovery Kit, designed to explore our fragrances before moving to a full-sized diffuser.


In the case of damaged or incorrect items, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a suitable solution.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible and will be processed to the original mode of payment after approval.
